All poker activities, high roller lounge bookings, private event reservations and onsite hospitality services at Thecin Derroom are strictly restricted to guests aged 18 years or older. Valid, current identification must be presented upon request as a condition of entry to the card room, poker tables or dining spaces. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who cannot demonstrate appropriate age eligibility or who breaches venue standards.

Acceptance of Venue Rules and House Standards

By accessing our facilities, attending the card room, participating in any offline poker activity or using this website, you agree to abide by all posted card room rules, poker table etiquette, house standards and any reasonable instructions provided by official staff or accredited dealers. This includes, without limitation, respecting seat allocations, chip stack handling guidelines, blind structure announcements, social poker conduct expectations and any tournament rulings made to preserve a fair, enjoyable and safe environment.

Reservations, Booking and Table Policies

All poker table bookings, Texas Hold'em tournament registrations and dining reservations at Thecin Derroom are subject to availability and written or digital confirmation. Management may adjust seating, timing or table allocation to balance the card room and maintain a premium offline poker experience. We reserve the right to amend, waitlist or refuse bookings where necessary to support responsible social poker, uphold venue capacity limits or protect the comfort and safety of all guests.

Event Participation and Tournament Entries

Entry to Texas Hold'em tournaments, Pot-Limit Omaha events and any scheduled offline poker activities is by registration only. Tournament seat allocation, buy-in (using chips, points or an applicable entry fee), blind structure, starting stack distributions, leaderboard points and prize formats are governed by the official published rules and remain at the discretion of tournament staff and dealers. Guests are responsible for familiarising themselves with the current tournament overview before taking their seat at the table.
